Property building in Inn on Broadway
An historic building located in a prime location within walking distance of museums, restaurants and theatre. The staff were very welcoming and met all other requests, in addition to suggesting places to eat nearby. Loved the character of the building, which was echoed in decor that was faithful and maintained the elegance of old wealth, while still providing all expected modern amenities. The bed, pillows and linens were luxurious, lending to great sleep during our 3-day stay. Minor cosmetic imperfections in the room are a testament to the authentic quality of the furnishings. Area was very quiet and safe for walking around.

The hotel is also very good, the name is very special, it looks very historical, the hotel staff, I have seen the most enthusiastic, the best service attitude, the hotel staff from the front desk reception, the handsome man who opened the door for us, the restaurant staff are very good, we also had dinner in the hotel restaurant, steak is good, wine is good, shrimp rolls are also very delicious. After dinner we also took a walk near the hotel, which is very convenient in the city center. The bed in the room is very big, very large bed, very comfortable, the hotel is great, will book again next time.

This is a really beautiful, well-maintained historic hotel that is very close to restaurants & coffee shops. Check-in was super easy and the staff were friendly & helpful. The bed was very comfortable and everything I needed for my stay was provided. I also appreciated that parking was provided at no additional charge and the building was secure so I felt very safe as a solo traveler. I will definitely stay here again when I am back in Rochester.

Everything! I arrived earlier than the check in time and was able to get into my room without issue. The food was SPECTACULAR . my partner and I could not stop thinking about or talking about the food after our date night. We’ve already booked for our anniversary next year.

We were stopping in Rochester for an evening and stayed at the Inn. It was so conveniently located we were able to do a lot of activities including enjoying the lively neighborhood in the evening and amazing coffee at Java's the next morning. Thumbs up!
